  I enjoyed my Teriyaki Beef Jerky. It was very flavorful and a delightful treat. Chewy but tender it definitely is on of my favorites. Try it yourself I'm certain you'll agree!

  I can’t not give this to my family at Christmas, they get seriously upset if it’s not under the tree! Very moist & flavorful. Climax Jerky is far superior than any other!

  Smoked elk tenderloins

  This was my second order of these outstanding smoked elk tenderloins. Shipped quickly with ice pack. One for the home and one for a Christmas gift. I can’t say enough about the chewy tenderness and perfect flavor. They require refrigeration upon arrival

  A little too sweet and soft. Good otherwise. I just prefer the dryer, tougher jerky.
