I've been ordering climax jerky for over 10 years now, after I had a taste of it in Colorado. I have it sent to my son who is in the Air Force, in Alaska and also had it sent to my Dad for his Birthday, Father's Day and Christmas, until he passed this year. It is pricey, but very delish!

The meat flavor is medium strong, has a firm texture that doesn't crumble when chewed, and the slightly salty/sweet flavoring is just enough. Great product.
