    First order of Smoked Salmon Jerky

    This was not my first order from Climax Jerky the first time getting the smoked salmon. As someone else said, I was surprised & disappointed in getting small pieces of jerky instead of the strips shown in the picture. With that being said, the jerky had a good taste and I will probably get again.

    Amazing!

    I was visiting Breckenridge from Florida. I saw this little cart. I tried the smoked salmon first and loved it. The owner was very friendly and happy to let me try any of the jerky. I bought a bag of the smoked salmon. Now I’m ordering more to ship to FL!!

    Whole Family Treat!

    The whole family enjoys Climax Duck Jerky. It has quickly become a favorite along with Venison Jerky and Red Hot Beef Jerky. Not too spicy or salty and very flavorful.

    Duck jurkey wasn't to hard very flavorful. Be nice for a bigger size because its so good.

    I tried the duck and the alligator. I really liked both very much. Great taste and textures. If you'd like to try something different, I'd recommend Climax.

    We as a whole that that the alligator jerky was tough and not a lot of flavor. Actually from what I have heard about alligator meat, I was disappointed.

    The way to clean gar fish

    It was amazing 👏 the way gar fish is cleaned and fileted for first time and now I like to know the best way to cook it's beautiful meat.
