My orders are usually large quantities and I'm in Michigan so they're never "easy" orders. You'd never know it by their experience and accuracy.

RRachelLess Flavorful than the old versionI loved the old salmon jerky sticks. They were so full of flavor. The newer, smaller pieces of salmon jerky have less flavor and are not as tasty. I'd love to see the old favor brought back.

AAnonymousMiddle on the roadI tried the alligator jersey and it is tough. With the teeth I have it was a challenge. Good flavor though! I have not tried any others yet. I would assume that the duck and salmon will definitely be more tender. My grand son loves saying he tried alligator jerky.

Sorry the alligator jerky was a bit on the tough side for you. You should definitely try the some of our other varieties, the salmon and smoked elk are both very tender cuts. Turkey Jerky

It was such a treat and we would get it in our stockings every year for Christmas! They have since gone out of business and I have moved away, so have been in search for something comparable ever since. I am delighted to report, I found it in Climax! Please never stop making this!!
GGary AllenThis Jerky is Amazing!!!The Climax Turkey Jerky is some of the very best that you can get. Once you eat that first piece you can't stop eating it. I would highly recommend it to any one that likes jerky.

Peppered Venison Jerky
Specialty Jerky $10.00 – $18.00 — available on subscriptionttim curranI really like it but it's too expensive. Not sure I can keep ordering when it's $5.00 more for a 3.25oz package @ $17.00. Your other beef jerky is already high priced, but worth purchasing and in my mind a better purchase at $12-13. for 3.25oz. You make great Jerky!

BBlake LauderdaleAlligator JerkyI've had gator jerky before, but nothing compared to this!! Kinda tough to start out, but once it gets going, it becomes nice and chewy! Real tender too! Best jerky of any kind I've ever had!!! Will definitely buy from these guys again! Very highly recommended!

Duck Jerky

KKEVIN OKEEFEHard to find elsewhere, super deliciousThis duck jerky has a little shine of grease on it right out of the package, but it sure doesn't have a greasy mouthfeel. The meat flavor is medium strong, has a firm texture that doesn't crumble when chewed, and the slightly salty/sweet flavoring is just enough. Great product.
