With COVID hitting businesses hard, the Summit County Chamber of Commerce launched the Rebuild program to aid small business recovery. It was here that Climax Jerky founder and owner, Brooke Comai, met Sean Goodale, manager at Breckenridge Distillery. As the two were chatting, the idea of a bourbon flavored jerky came up almost immediately — obviously a perfect combination. The ultimate gift to both jerky and bourbon lovers alike!
