  Excellent!

  Since I only eat fish, it's hard to find good jerky. The Climax Salmon Jerky is the real deal! Flavorful and nutritious, it keeps me going for long periods of exercise. You get what you pay for and this jerky has The Right Stuff!

  I began buying Jerky from Climax Jerky, MANY MANY years ago. Not only is their product of superiorvm quality but its priced very fairly AND the owners are very friendly and accommodating.
  My orders are usually large quantities and I'm in Michigan so they're never "easy" orders. You'd never know it by their experience and accuracy.

  Coming from the Pacific northwest, I am a good judge of good Salmon Jerky. Must be the best I have had in many years. Start with quality, end with quality products.

  Less Flavorful than the old version

  I loved the old salmon jerky sticks. They were so full of flavor. The newer, smaller pieces of salmon jerky have less flavor and are not as tasty. I'd love to see the old favor brought back.

  Best jerky

  The buffalo spicy jerky is the only jerky that captures just the right amount of moisture. Thus saving my gums from harm. Amazing flavors. Always tastes fresh. In my opinion the best jerky out there.

  The Buffalo jerky is awesome. I haven't had jerky in a long time, haven't been eating much meat for various reasons, but I've bought a few bags of this. Tender, good spices, the right amount of chewy, just pretty awesome stuff

  Likely The Best Turkey Jerky I Have Ever Had

  Climax is likely the best turkey jerky I have ever had. And I have had countless varieties over the decades. It's not the moist and slimy version that is easy to find out there. This is a firmer and dryer chew, which I much prefer. Superb!

  The Absolute Best!

  Growing up, there was a deli down the street that made the best jerky. It was such a treat and we would get it in our stockings every year for Christmas! They have since gone out of business and I have moved away, so have been in search for something comparable ever since. I am delighted to report, I found it in Climax! Please never stop making this!!
